NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000262 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund Investors, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sidney Eric Goodwin a/k/a Sidney Goodwin, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A: David Qualls, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 9 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 18, BLOCK B, FOREST HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE GO EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, 26.58 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18 AND 19, 60 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE, PROCEED NORTH 133.15 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF LOT 19 TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 19; THENCE PROCEED WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOTS 19 AND 18, 60 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE PROCEED SOUTHERLY 135.15 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF LOT 18 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
