NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014 and Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2015, issued in the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein CLEARVUE CAPITAL CORP., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM W. HOWELL and JANINE K. HOWELL are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on JUNE 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 555, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THIRTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 2A THROUGH 2G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 22416 La Guardia Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952 (the “Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
