Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-12, Plaintiff, and TAMI L. BERNER; WADE M. BERNER; CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES DIVISION, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 22 day of July, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
