NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13001936CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Francisco Lopez, State Of Florida, Magdalena Gardens Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
