Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on May 26, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Charlotte County will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:

Unit H-202 of OAKS FORREST, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1014, Page 424, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 1052, Page 743, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
The street address of which is 1515 Forrest Nelson Blvd, Unit H-202, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m.. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
