LOT 5, BLOCK 183, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
