TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED 1/45TH SHARE IN AND TO THE ENTIRE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS DULY FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
