NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 14-000520-CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and JOHN C. WILLIAMS SR, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of JULY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 25, BLOCK 3263, A REPLAT OF PORTIONS OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 29A THRU 29C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
