NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002863-0001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Gladys Josefina Rodriguez, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Gladys Rodriguez, Deceased, Jackeline Giselle Rodriguez, Mary Ann Rodriguez, Mildred Ginnette Medina, The Preserve At The Shores At Berkshire Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., The Shores At Berkshire Lakes Master Homeowner's Association, Inc., United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The SEcretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
