NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the dated the 27 day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002204, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and WARREN SCOTT CENTEX HOMES, A NEVADA PARTNERSHIP HERITAGE BAY MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. SILVERSTONE AT THE QUARRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. THE QUARRY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. RONALD A. PLAZA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 22 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9-101, OF SILVERSTONE AT THE QUARRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3952, PAGE(S) 4060 THROUGH 4190, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED AS AN APPURTENANCE IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
