NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of June, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 276, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 8 PART 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 147, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
