Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in Naples, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 am on June 24, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 115, TRAIL RIDGE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 71 through 77, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
