NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000256 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank NA successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Raymond W. Goulet, Sr aka Raymond Goulet Sr, Windjammer Village of Naples, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the June 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
