NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA001551AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein NYCB MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is Plaintiff and ROGER C. WALD JR; PAMELA S. WALD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE D, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
