NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2015, in Case No. 2014-CA-4742 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which U.S. Bank National Association, is Plaintiff, and Jamie D. Roberts, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 25th day of June, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 130 of Crystal Lakes, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 1, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
