Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, R.B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 12, HINES ADDITION, as per Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 215A, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on July 29, 2015.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with 60 days of the day of sale.
