NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050153 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Clara Mae Sanders; Clara Mae Sanders, Trustee of the Sanders Family Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Sanders Family Trust are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE NORTHEASTERLY 8 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK B, BAYSHORE PINE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
