BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RUSSELL M. RUSH; KATHLEEN F. RUSH; CARAVELLA AT PALMIRA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMIRA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, PALMIRA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB PARCEL 8-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 88 AND 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
