NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-052259, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JESSICA OWEN; MATTHEW W. HERMANNS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE EAST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 17, UNIT 1, PALMONA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 54 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
