Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051453, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and LAURIE C. MULLAY A/K/A LAURIE MULLAY; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VINCENT A. MULLAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 27, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 10, BLOCK 8 OF PINE LAKES COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE I AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 42-45, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
