NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial on May 28, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053781 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 25 day of September, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The land described herein is situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, and is described as follows: Lot 7, and the Northerly 4.33 feet of Lot 8, Block 71, UNIT 6, FORT MYERS SHORES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 75 through 79, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
