AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER OREJOBI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER OREJOBI; SAMUEL OREJOBI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL OREJOBI; THE FOREST PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
