Final Judgment was awarded on January 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 48-2010-CA-012227-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and JAMES A. CENTRELLA, III, TRUSTEE OF THE JAME A. CENTRELLA, III, TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 7/18/1995; JAMES A. CENTRELLA; ENCOURTE GREEN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCITION, INCORPORATION; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JAMES A CENTRELLA, III, TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 7/18/1995; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 16, EN COURTE GREEN FIRST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 91-92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
