NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-010993-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL FLORES; BETZAIDA FLORES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK A, ROBINSWOOD HEIGHTS, SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
