NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 24th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015952-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and CREG L. KENNEDY; PAMELA F. KENNEDY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 47.00 FEET OF LOT 59, UNIVERSITY PLACE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
