NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014942-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and BETH GOMBERG A/K/A BETH ANN DELKER-GOMBERG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
