NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-015809 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MICHELE M. BELLAVIA A/K/A M. BELLAVIA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE M. BELLAVIA A/K/A M. BELLAVIA; LIVINGSTON MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, LIVINGSTON MANOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8427, PAGE 3518 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
