NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 23rd day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025587-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-R4 is Plaintiff and KATHERINE A. WICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE A. WICK; FRANK D. PETERSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK D. PETERSEN; ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHBROOKE CONDOMINIUM II, INC.; SOUTHBROOKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK , NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 801, BUILDING 8, SOUTHBROOKE CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3633, AT PAGE(S) 2568-2619 AND CONDONMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 51 THROUGH 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO ATTACHED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
