NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2015-CA-000529-OO, in which SRP 2013-10, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Wilmer Tanis; Matilde Tanis; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
LOT 35, OAK HILL MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
a/k/a 2749 Fieldstone Court, Orlando, Florida 32839
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 27th day of August, 2015, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
