YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Termination of Biological Father's Parental Rights and Step-Parent Adoption has been filed. The minor subject to this petition was born on September 3, 2004 in Ocoee, FL. There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on June 29, 2015 before Judge Bob LeBlanc at Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32801, Courtroom 16-F. The court has set aside 15 min. for this hearing. UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND THE PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jamie Grosshans, Attorney for Petitioners, at 100 W. Plant. St., Winter Garden, FL 34787 on or before the hearing date, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
