NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001514-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-HE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth D. Bennett; Jerry A. Bennett; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 210 FEET OF THE EAST 275 FEET OF THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
