NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007157-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee on behalf of RBSHD 2013-1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Paulna Severe a/k/a Paulna P. Severe; Bernard Severe are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, TANGLEWOOD VILLAGE, PHASE 2 AT WILLIAMSBURG WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
