NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002724-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and Cathy Letts; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Cherrie Letts are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 10 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 920, EMBASSEY HILLS UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
