THE NORTH 25 FEET AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND/OR UTILITIES AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 777, PAGE 370, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Robinson St. Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 7-6-15 or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
