NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000003-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE LP is Plaintiff and BILLY TROY CHILDERS, JR.; CHARLENE ANN CHILDERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT J, PASCO LAKE ACRES, AS PER MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 65°37'04” WEST, 800.00 FEET, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 65°37'04” WEST, 100.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 24°22'56” WEST, 250.48 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 65°37'04” EAST 100.00 FEET THENCE NORTH 24°22'56” EAST, 250.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.
