NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA000651CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and KRISTEN D ANDERSON, JEAN CARLE PENALOZA, JEAN PENALOZA, BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 28, BLOCK 4, BRIDGE PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
