NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010409-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and SCOTT M. MOORE; KIMBERLY K. MOORE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CIT LOAN CORPORATION F/K/A THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS PHASES 2-5 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, THOUSAND OAKS PHASE 2-5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 84-93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
