NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005129-WS of the Circuit Court of the Nineth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, FL, Edward Dolinski, III, The Estate of Sally Ann Dolinski c/o Edward Dolinski, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
