NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001567-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE(S) OF THE BEACH FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BEACH FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2006, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of July, 2015, the following described property:
TRACT 33 (REVISED) OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF OAK LAKE RANCHETTES: THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 1980 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND/OR UTILITIES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
