NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA002012CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. BELL; BARBARA-JO MURRAY; SUMMER CHASE OF PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, SUMMER CHASE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 103-108 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
