NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-016543 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity by as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and April Williams A/K/A April S. Williams; Pine Ridge Estates Manufactured Home Owners Association, Inc.; Memorial Hospital of Tampa D/B/A Memorial Hospital of Tampa; Suntrust Bank; RJM Acquisitions, LLC as Assignee of Chase Bank USA, NA; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 23rd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, PINE RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN P. BOOK 85, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2001 SKYLINE/CONCEPT MANUFACTURED HOME WITH SERIAL #9D-63-0172PCA/B (40 X 66)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
