NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause on February 16, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida at a public online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 of Florida Statutes on July 13, 2015 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, legally described as follows:
A SOUTHWESTERLY PART OF LOT 7 AND NORTHEASTERLY PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK C-11, TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES, ACCORDINGLY TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHERN MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 10 FEET ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNIING; THEN RUN SOUTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 7, 20.1 FEET OF SOUTHWEST OF THE EASTERN MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 128 FEET ALONG THE CURVED BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 7 AND 8; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY IN STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, 15 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE WESTERN MOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 112 FEET ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOTS 8 AND 7 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
