NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014167 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-4, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY CLARK; UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 AND UNKNOWN TENNAT #2, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, HOPE PARK COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
