NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 18, 2015 entered in Case No. 14-CA-004073, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH BANKATLANTIC, Plaintiff, and JOHN AND MARSHA WEISSE, are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain parcel of land situated in the county of Hillsborough, State of Florida, being
known and designated as Lot 62, and the East feet of Lot 63, BEL-MAR REVISED, UNIT NO. 5, according to the Map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 2 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures that are part of the property.
