NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-026197 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Christiana Trust, A Division Of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, Fsb, Not In Its Individual Capacity, But Solely As Owner Trustee On Behalf Of Rbshd 2013-1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Zayas, Maria Zayas, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
