ABSHER; CELENA SAYERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CELENA SAYERS, are defendants. SUBJECT TO EXISTING COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ACROSS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR CORONET ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
