NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-021826 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and THOMAS R ANGEL AKA THOMAS ANGEL, COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ROYAL HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS R ANGEL AKA THOMAS ANGEL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block H, COUNTRY HILLS EAST UNIT TEN, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 91-1 through 91-3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
