NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-012215 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER VELLANTI, CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A TREVOR VANKNOTSENBURG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER VELLANTI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 8-317, Culbrearth Key Bayside Condominium, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14118, Page 1940, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
