NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-004990 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY D. SANDERS; TIFFANY D. SANDERS; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY PLACE, UNIT V, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT PORTION OF THE DESCRIBED LOT 11, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, THENCE, NORTH 63° 30'34” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 110.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11, THENCE SOUTH 68° 42'05” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 110.45 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY BOUNDARY OF GRAINARY AVENUE; THENCE SOUTH 26° 29'26” WEST ALONG THE STARTED NORTHWESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF GRAINARY AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 10.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
