NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-000681 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and VALERIE MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALERIE MARTIN; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 23, RIVERCREST PHASE 2, PARCEL “N”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 238-248, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
